1. What is the status of my order?

We have you covered! We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order where you will also receive tracking information. COVID-19 potential delivery delay: our carriers are currently experiencing delays in delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause!

2. My discount code is not working, what do I do?

We are sorry you are having trouble checking out, please note that some discount codes are limited quantity or are only available for a limited time.

3. Where is Xavier Tennis based?

Our office is located in the lovely city of Toronto, Canada.

4. Where are your products shipped from?

We ship from 6 warehouses around Canada. We aim to provide some of the fastest, most affordable delivery options in the industry.

5. Can I expedite my shipping?

6. Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

7. How can I pay for my order?

Xavier Tennis currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.

8. How long will it take me to get my order?

Please allow 2-3 Business days for your order to be processed. Customers will be notified via email once their order has shipped. Due to carrier delays, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be delivered via our standard shipping method. 

9. How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email!

10. Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be made once the product has arrived or by contacting returns@xaviertennis.com

11. How do I return my order?

Returns are accepted for all items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please visit our Return Policy page for more details.

12. What do I do if my order is damaged?

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. 13. Where can I find product sizing information?

Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page as shown in the image below. The sizing chart is suggested sizing and can also be found on the Sizing Chart page.
